1st DEC 2013: Running + 10 rounds for time

Light training today! I had my last CrossFit competition prior to the CrossFit Opens 2014 yesterday. I’ll the next months focus on eliminating weaknesses and maximizing strengths in CrossFit, build more raw strength and start prepping for the European Championships in Weightlifting in 2014. My next weightlifting competition is on 14th December, but I’m training through that one!

Running

2 km running in the great weather

Conditioning

Did the WOD at CrossFit Gladsaxe today. Great programming and I was lucky enough to have head coach and co-owner, Morten, cheering for me throughout the entire WOD. That helped a lot!

10 rounds for time:

3 handstand push-ups
6 deadlifts @ 70 kg
6 ring dips
24 double-unders

Time: 11:50 min

All movements unbroken and HSPUs strict the first 5 rounds. Great WOD! Happy to have done 10 x 6 reps ring dips unbroken in a WOD.
