Lots of running up and down the children’s slopes teaching my son to skii. Amazing to see how fast kids learn (he’s 3 years old)….

Noon – part # 1

12 min AMRAP:

20 alternating pistols
10 handstand push-ups
50 double-unders

Result: 5 rounds

Sweet cardio WOD! All unbroken.

Noon – part # 2

5 min warm-up run

10 x 120 meter interval runs (steep hill)

* rest: walk back down

5 min cool down run

Total time (part # 2): 28 min
