Warm-up

15 rev hyper
15 push-ups
15 V-ups

Lifting

Front squats (4 reps): up to 75-85-90 kg

Power snatch (2 reps): up to 55-60-63-63 kg

Squat clean from deep hang (below knees, 3 reps): up to 65-75-75-75 kg

Front squats: 75 kg (3 reps) – 85 kg (3 reps) – 95 kg (3 reps) – 95 kg (5 reps)

Conditioning

EMOTM x 20 min:

1 ring muscle-ups
3 burpees
5 alternating pistols

No misses!

Abs

5 x 20 sec ring L-sit

2 x 65 reps sit-ups
