2 km running in 9 min

Then

8 x 200 m sprint intervals

Conditioning

10 min AMRAP:

50 box jumps 20”
35 thrusters @ 35 kg
30 GHD sit-ups

Result: 1 round + 50 box jumps + 35 thrusters + 15 GHD sit-ups

Not really in the mood but went fine!

Abs

3 x 70 sit-ups

2 x 30 sec L-sit hold (rack)

Distance biked

2 x 10 km

That’s it. Light training tomorrow and rest day Saturday prior to my lifting meet on Sunday!

Then

Just hanging out with Philip Fortuna. Normally, we would discuss my next competition. Today, we were mostly just hanging out. He knows me well by now, and I feel ready for Sunday. Thanks, friend!
