Warm-up

Lifting

Split jerk: 65 kg (3 reps x 3) – 75 kg (3 reps) – 80 kg (3 reps) – 85 kg (3 reps) – 90 kg (1 rep) – 93 kg (1 rep) – 95 kg (1 rep) PR

Not perfect (yet)….

Muscle snatch (4 reps): 35-40-43-40 kg

Power clean + push press: up to 2 x 2 reps @ 65 kg

Front squats: 60 kg (5 reps) – 70 kg (5 reps) – 80 kg (4 reps) – 90 kg (4 reps) – 95 kg (3 reps x 3)

Conditioning

Team WOD with Mathias!

For time:

100 overhead squats @ 50 kg
100 push-ups
100 front squats @ 50 kg
100 mountain climbers
100 deadlifts @ 50 kg
500 double-unders

Time: 24’ish min #LOL

All divided almost 50/50. OHS + front squats: sets of 10s. DL: sets of 20s.

Walking

25 min walking today (…. and no biking for once).
