2nd FEB 2014: Running, WODs + pump

The angioedema is not going away as fast as I would like it to. It’s tough. Need to discuss medication for a longer period with my doctor tomorrow! Energy level: low. Training went fine though.

3 min wallballs @ 14 lbs (each break = 3 burpees) – 70 reps

C) 10 1-arm rows @ 20 kg
