4th FEB 2013: I’ve had better days…

Today was not a good day. Feeling tired, unwell, dizzy. Angioedema has been killing me today. I think it’s because my medicine dosis has been lowered quite a lot. Going to the doctor for a check tomorrow. Training went OK and I managed to forget everything about being ill for a few moments. BW @ 64,1 kg btw. Still bloat though.

Warm-up

2 km running in sub 9 min

Super light – thoughts just flying while running. I love it!

Then

10 burpees to 15 cm target every 30 sec/4 min

Super tough!

Lifting

Front squats (5 reps): 85-90-90-90-90-90 kg

Then

A) Pause back squats (3 sec hold/bottom): 5 x 5 reps @ 90 kg

B) Shoulder press: 5 x 8 reps @ 38 kg

Pump

4 x

A) Flies: 10 reps @ 11 kg

B) Curls: 10 reps @ 11 kg

C) 1-arm DB rows: 10 reps each arm @ 20 kg

That’s it!
