Technique

Playing a little with technique on split jerk as warm-up

Pump

5 x

A) Narrow grip pull downs: 10 reps @ 40 kg

B) Walking lunges: 20 steps @ 2 x 22,5 kg DBs

Then

A) DB bench press (10 reps): 20-22,5-22,5-22,5-20-20-20-20 kg

Curls (8 reps each arm): 17,5-17,5-17,5-15-15 kg

Finisher

2 x

50 sit-ups
15 push-ups
15 GHD back ext

Distance biked

2 x 7 km
