Warm-up

1200 m very light running to get warmed up (incl picking up coffee)

Then

2 x

15 GHD back ext
50 sit-ups
15 push-ups

Then

Stretching

Lifting

Snatch: up to singles @ 60-64-64-64 kg

C&J: up to singles @ 75-75-80 kg

Front squats (3 reps): up to 85-90 kg

Finisher

3 rounds (absolutely not for time):

5 strict pull-ups
7 thrusters @ 35 kg
9 box jumps 20”

For the first time in 5+ weeks, I don’t have a bloat – and I’m not feeling dizzy anymore. I love it!
