Warm-up

Then

2 x

15 push-ups
20 GHD back ext
50 sit-ups

BW stuff

UB strict pull-ups: 4 x 5 reps

UB rack dips: 4 x 8 reps

Lifting

‘1,5 back squats’ (slow): 5 x 5 reps @ 65 kg

Bench press (5 reps): 50-60-60-60-60 kg

Romanian deadlifts: 5 x 5 reps @ 65 kg

Distance biked

15 km
