20 GHD sit-ups
20 GHD back ext
15 push-ups

Then

Stretching

Lifting

Power snatch (3 reps): 35-45-50-50-50 kg

Power clean + push jerk (2+2 reps): 45-55-65-65 kg

Clean pulls from deep hang (below knees): 45-65-80-80-80 kg

Lifts felt light!

Cool down

5 km biking

Today’s top 3

# 1: Lifts felt light
# 2: Hip flexors less tight
# 3: Lots of energy today
