Lifting

  • Back squats: up to 2 x 3 reps @ 95 kg
  • Snatch from knees (3 reps): 45-50-55-60-60-60 kg
  • Squat clean bolt: 45 kg (3 reps) – 55 kg (3 reps) – 65 kg (3 reps) – 70 kg (2 reps) – 72,5 kg (2 reps)
  • Clean pulls from deep hang (below knee, 4 reps): 60-80-90-90-90 kg

Finisher

  • Sit-ups: 100 reps
  • GHD back ext: 80 reps

Distance biked
