Strict pull-ups: 5-5-5 reps

Lifting

Snatch from deep hang (below knee, 2 reps): 55-60-60 kg

1 C&J + 1 C&J: up to 65-70-75-75-75 kg

Back squats: up to 3 x 3 reps @ 95 kg

Jump squats @ 20 kg barbell: 4 x 10 reps

Bench press (narrow grip): 5 x 10 reps @ 50 kg

C&J went best today. More kgs on the bar and more reps all over! Entry lists for the European Championships are just out #CompetitionGettingReal
