3rd and last day of the weightlifting training camp – with the team representing Denmark at the European Championships in Israel (starting in 2 weeks).

Lifting

Power snatch (3 reps): 35-40-45-50-50-50 kg

Power snatch (1 rep): 55-60-62,5 kg

Power clean: 45 kg (3 reps) – 55 kg (3 reps) – 65 kg (3 reps) – 70 kg (2 reps x 3)

Bench press (narrow grip, feet up): up to 6 reps @ 65 kg

Floor press: up to 3 x 4 reps @ 75 kg

Pump

Barbell rows, curls, shrugs

That’s it. Great camp!
