Lots of lifting today…. Went super fine!

Lifting

Front squats (3 reps): up to 75-85-85 kg

Snatch: up to 55 kg (3 reps) – 60 kg (2 reps x 3)

Split jerk with stop (3 reps): up to 75-80-80 kg

Front squats (3 reps): up to 75-85-90 kg

Jumps @ 20 kg barbell: 4 x 10 reps

Gymnastics

Ring dips: 10 reps

Handstand walk: 2 x 15 m

HSPUs: 21-15-9 reps on 2 x 20 kg bumper plates

Distance biked

2 x 10 km
