Warm-up

2 km running

Then

2 x

17 GHD back ext
17 GHD sit-ups
17 push-ups

Lifting

Snatch: up to 55 kg (2 reps x 2) – 60 kg (2 reps x 2)

Front squats (3 reps): up to 85-90-95 kg

Good mornings: 4 x 10 reps @ 30 kg

Jump squats: 4 x 10 reps @ 20 kg barbell

Finisher

Strict pull-ups: 5 x 5 reps

Rack dips: 5 x 10 reps

Distance biked

2 x 5 km

Lifts felt light. Second time this week hitting 3 reps @ 95 kg in front squats. Fairly easy. Snatches were super easy. I love it!
