We all went for a long walk in the morning along the water, trained in the afternoon, and went to see the men’s 62 kg A-group in the evening – also to see the competition hall, the warm-up area etc….

Lifting

Snatch: up to 50 kg (2 reps) – 55 kg (2 reps x 2) – 60 kg (2 reps) – 65 kg (1 rep x 2) – no straps

C&J: up to 55-65-75-75 kg

Front squats: up to 75 kg (3 reps) – 85 kg (3 reps) – 90 kg (2 reps)
