Still undergoing tests at the hospital…. Last heavy training prior to Saturday’s lifting meet. Lifts were light!

Legless rope climb

3 x handstand walk: 21-17-18 meter

Lifting

Snatch: 45 kg (3 reps) – 55 kg (2 reps) – 60 kg (2 reps) – 65 kg (1 rep)

C&J: 45 kg (2+2) – 55 kg (2+2) – 65 kg (2+2) – 75 kg (1+2) – 80 kg (1+1)

Front squats: 3 reps up to 80-85-90 kg

Snatch high-pulls: 4 x 4 reps @ 55 kg

Finisher

21-15-9 reps (you go, I go-style with Ditte):

Strict handstand push-ups
Front squats @ 55 kg
Burpees

Skills

Handstand walk: 17-17 meter

Endurance

Late night sprints in ‘Dyrehaven’ with Kyle, Søren, Thomas, Victor, Pia, Polle, and Sidsel.

14 sprints (some flat, some hills) ~ 80-200 meter

Total distance: 6 km

Great way to finish the day!
