Regionals prep – day # 2. I was tired today! Almost there – only WOD 7 remaining to be tested!

WOD 4

In team of 3 pers (the 3 ladies on our team):

50 thrusters @ 43 kg
10 rope climbs
40 thrusters @ 43 kg
8 rope climbs
30 thrusters @ 43 kg
6 rope climbs

Went fine!

WOD 5

9-6-3 reps:

Strict HSPUs
Hang power cleans @ 50 kg
Barfacing burpees

Tired!

Finisher

500 m row + 125 DUs

Endurance

Biking: 15 km

Running: 2,5 km
