Snatch from knees (no straps): 45-55-60-65 kg

Skills WOD

9-6-3 reps:

Strict handstand push-ups


4 x 15 m handstand walk

4 ring muscle-ups


125 double-unders + 500 m row

3 rounds:

10 box jumps 60 cm
10 GHD sit-ups
10 good mornings @ 40 kg
5 shoulder press @ 40 kg

That’s it!

Distance biked

2 x 4 km
