It’s mother’s day. My son, Carl, gave me 2 bags of cars. I love it! Training with our Regionals team – mostly individual weak points. Super fine training.

Handstand walk: 2 x 20+ m


Strict handstand push-ups: 9-6-3-3-6-9-4 reps (40 in total, 1 miss)
