Lifting

Snatch: 35 kg (3 reps) – 45 kg (3 reps) – 55 kg (2 reps) – 60 kg (2 reps) – 64 kg (1 rep) – 66 kg (1 rep) – 68 kg (1 rep)

C&J: 45 kg (2+2) – 65 kg (2+2) – 75 kg (1+1) – 80 kg (1+1) – 83 kg (1+1)

Front squats: 60 kg (5 reps) – 70 kg (5 reps) – 80 kg (3 reps) – 85 kg (3 reps) – 90 kg (3 reps x 2)

Snatch high-pulls: 4 x 4 reps @ 55 kg
