Louise and I are participating in a 2-day competition ‘Butcher’s Classics 5.0’ this weekend, so I took it easy today!

Back squat (4 reps): 75-85-97,5-97,5 kg

Romanian deadlifts: 5 x 5 reps @ 85 kg

WOD

Lifting

Snatch: 45 kg (4 reps) – 53 kg (4 reps) – 60 kg (3 reps x 3)

C&J: 58 kg (4+1) – 68 kg (4+1) – 76 kg (3+1 x 2)

Push press: 45 kg (4 reps) – 50 kg (4 reps) – 55 kg (3 reps) – 60 kg (3 reps)
