Back in the gym after a 2-day competition in the weekend. Feels good!

Endurance

Lifting

Back squats: up to 3 x 3 reps @ 96 kg

Snatch: up to 2 reps @ 60-64-64 kg

1 kg from my 2RM best.

C&J (2+2): up to 76-76-76 kg

Front squats (3 reps): up to 80-85-85 kg

Shoulder press: 45 kg (3 reps) PR – 4 x 5 reps @ 40 kg

Clean pulls: 4 x 3 reps @ 85 kg

WOD # 1

10 alternating DB snatches @ 20 kg
15 burpees

All unbroken!

5 hang squat cleans @ 57,5 kg
10 kipping HSPUs

All unbroken! Tough!
