My oedema/allergic swell is bad today. Oh well, decided to do a little anyways. Kept weights light.

Endurance

3,5 km running

BW stuff

60 rack dips (20-10-10-10-10 reps)

3 x 5 strict C2B chin-ups

Warm-up

3 rounds:

5 kipping handstand push-ups
10 alternating pistols
15 butterfly pull-ups

Lifting

Muscle snatch (1 rep): 45-48-48-48 kg

Snatch balance: 75 kg (3 reps) – 80 kg (2 reps) – 85 kg (1 rep)

Clean from above knee + split jerk (2+1 rep): 65-75-75 kg

Barbell complex

EMOTM x 12 min:

1 power snatch + 1 snatch balance + 1 hang power snatch + 1 snatch balance

All rounds @ 50 kg

I like barbell complexes!

Lifting

Bench press (2 reps): 70-75-75-75 kg

Bench press (5 reps): 60-60-60 kg

That’s it! No more energy!
