6th AUG 2014: 2RM OHS @ 90 kg, 3RM push jerk from neck @ 90 kg, 1RM snatch balance @ 90 kg

Legs like jelly today. Couldn’t understand why – until I remembered that I did sprints on the rower, a Fran-version, a WOD with lots of squat cleans and biked 40 km yesterday + more work…. Oh well, got a few PRs in the book anyway. Not bad, not bad.

I guess 90 kg was the magic number today!

Endurance

3,5 km run

Warm-up

3 rounds:

5 strict pull-ups
10 push-ups
10 rack dips

Lifting

Snatch balance: 75 kg (3 reps) – 85 kg (2 reps) – 90 kg (1 rep)

Overhead squat: 75 kg (3 reps) – 80 kg (3 reps) – 85 kg (2 reps) – 90 kg (2 reps) PR

Squat snatch (3 reps): 45-55-60-60-60-60 kg

C&J (3+1): 57,5-67,5-77,5-65-65 kg

Worked on my starting position in the clean at lower weights.

Back squats: 75 kg (3 reps) – 85 kg (3 reps) – 95 kg (3 reps) – 102,5 kg (2 reps)

Nice and easy!

Push jerk from the neck, wide grip (3 reps): 65-75-80-85-90 kg PR

Easy lifts. I love it!!!!

Clean deadlifts (no touch and go): 10 reps @ 90 kg

Snatch high-pull: 3 x 4 reps @ 70 kg

That’s it!
