I like twicing a lot and do it as often as I can!

:::MORNING:::

Endurance

2,5 km running

Lifting

Snatch (2 reps): 45-55-60-60-60-60 kg

C&J: 57 kg (2+2) – 67 kg (2+2) – 76 kg (1+2 reps x 3 sets)

Lifting went super fine today!

Power clean + push jerk: 57 kg (1+3 reps) – 62 kg (1+3 reps) – 64 kg (1+3 reps) – 65 kg (1+2 reps) – 65 kg (1+1 rep)

Bench press: 72,5 kg (3 reps) – 75 kg (2 reps) – 77,5 kg (1 rep) – 80 kg (1 rep x 2)

Good morning: 4 x 8 reps @ 55 kg

:::EVENING:::

WOD

10 rounds:

5 deadlifts @ 90 kg
5 ring dips

Time: 8:30 min

Supposed to be a EMOTM x 20 min WOD, but it went fine, so I did it faster. Everything unbroken.

Finisher

EMOTM x 6 min:

7 wallballs @ 14 lbs (12” target)
5 burpees

Then

30 GHD sit-ups
60 sec hollow rock hold
3 x handstand hold (no wall)

Distance biked

9 + 5 + 5 + 9 = 28 km
