Endurance

2 km run

Warm-up

2 rounds:

  • 30 double-unders
  • 10 overhead walking lunges @ 2 x 17 kg DBs
  • 5 strict pull-ups (wide grip)

Lifting/strength

  • Front squat: 5 x 5 reps @ 85 kg
  • Bench press (2 reps): 70-72,5-72,5-72,5 kg
  • Weighted pull-ups (2 reps): 10-15-15-15 kg

Kept it light!

Distance biked

10 + 14 km

That’s it!
