3rd SEPT 2014: Training at Bagsværd Weightlifting Club

Just chillin’ this week. Will start on an actual lifting program Monday next week. Got a CrossFit charity event Saturday with good friends, so nothing crazy this week. Trained at ‘Bagsværd Weightlifting Club’ today. Great place!

Endurance

2,2 km running

Warm-up

3 rounds:

5 wide grip pull-ups
50 double-unders
10 rack dips

Lifting

Power snatch: 45 kg (3 reps) – 50 kg (3 reps x 3) – 52,5 kg (3 reps) – 55 kg (2 reps x 2)

Power clean + power jerk: 45 kg (2+2 reps) – 55 kg (2+2 reps) – 65 kg (1+1 rep x 2) – 67,5 kg (1+1 rep)

Back squats: 5 x 5 reps @ 90 kg

Nice and easy!

Distance biked

10 + 13 + 5 km = 28 km
