Back squats: up to 4 x 4 reps @ 100 kg

Squat snatch (3 reps): up to 55 kg x 3 – 60 kg x 2

C&J (3+1 reps): up to: 60-65-70-70 kg

Snatch grip deadlift: 4 x 5 reps @ 65 kg

Shoulder press: 4 x 5 reps @ 37,5 kg

Distance biked

12 + 4 + 3 + 7 km = 26 km
