It’s been 4 long weeks at work where I’ve been in charge of almost everything at our legal department worldwide. Things are changing though. Now, I’m relieved and tired!

Warm-up

3 rounds:

15 push press @ 2 x 12 kg KBs
15 high pulls @ 1 x 20 kg KB

Then

2 rounds:

10 V-ups
10 push-ups
10 back ext

Lifting

Mostly technical refinements today.

Snatch from hip: up to 3 x 2 reps @ 50 kg

Snatch (2 reps): 45-55-60-50-55-60-60 kg

Clean (2 reps): 45-55-65-65-65-70-70-70-70 kg + 1 rep @ 75 kg

Jerk from split: up to 5 x 3-4 reps @ 60 kg

That’s it!
