1st OCT 2014: Super fast training

Hardly slept last night. Cannot recall having been this tired ever before. Not even when I was in the army. Strange! Was fighting to keep my eyes open all day. My plan was to move a little in order to sleep well. Went for lighter lifts with good technique.

Endurance

3,5 km running

Warm-up

3 x

5 strict pull-ups
10 GHD sit-ups

Then

25 GHD back ext

Lifting

1 power snatch + 1 squat snatch: 35-45-45-50-50-52,5-52,5-55 kg

1 power clean + 1 squat clean + 1 split jerk: 45-55-65-65-65 kg

Distance biked

2 x 10 km
