Super training day today. Fast and with great energy!

Endurance

4 x 800 m interval runs

Rest: 1:1

Strength

Front squats (3 reps): 45-65-75-80-80-80 kg

WOD

21-15-9 reps for time:

Pull-ups
Front rack lunges

* each break in pull-ups: 3 burpees

Time: 6 min

Pull-ups: 1st set: 11/10 reps. 2nd set: 10/5 reps. 3rd set: UB. Lunges: UB. They were easy.

Super fine energy. Not dizzy at all today. I love it!!!!
