Started the day with a photo shoot for www.bodystore.dk’s next magazine. Fun!

Lifting

Front squats (5 reps): 45-65-75-75-75-70-70 kg

Strength

3 rounds:

15 push press @ 2 x 16 kg DBs
15 rows @ 16 kg DB (right)
15 rows @ 16 kg DB (left)

WOD

…. no rest after strength part….

10 hang power snatch @ 40 kg
20 HSPUs
30 squat cleans @ 40 kg
50 wallballs

Total time: 13’ish min

Tough combination. Especially after 150’ish HSPUs yesterday!
