Sore legs today from yesterday’s leg blast WOD. Could hardly walk in my high heels at work.

Effective and good training today with good friends.

Warm-up

3,5 km light running (and talking) with Søren

Lifting

Back squats: 5 x 4 reps @ 85 kg

Power snatch + squat snatch: 35 kg (2+2) – 40 kg (2+2) – 45 kg (2+2 x 2) – 50 kg (1+2 x 2) – 45 kg (2+2 x 2)

Power clean + squat clean (1+2): 45-55-60-65-60-65 kg

Snatch high-pulls: 4 x 4 reps @ 65 kg

Shoulder press: 4 x 5 reps @ 35 kg

No finisher or WOD today. Off to dinner at ‘Sticks & Sushi’ instead #gottalovelife
