Light training today – lifting meet tomorrow.

Warm-up

5 strict pull-ups
15 push-ups
15 V-ups

Light jog

Lifting

Power snatch: 35 kg (3 reps) – 45 kg (3 reps) – 50 kg (2 reps x 4)

Front squats: up to 2 x 3 reps @ 75 kg

Jumps from deep squat @ 15 kg barbell: 5 x 5 reps

Good morning: 4 x 10 reps @ 25 kg
