Back in the gym. Feeling motivated!

Oly lifting

Front squat (5 reps): 65-75-75-75-75 kg

Snatch from knees (3 reps): 45-50-50-55-55-55 kg

Split jerk off blocks (3 reps): 65-70-70-70 kg

Strength

Back squat (5 reps): 75-80-82,5-85-87,5 kg

Deadlifts (no touch and go): 5 x 5 reps @ 92,5 kg

Alternating front rack lunges: 2 x 10 reps @ 45 kg

…. A little power lifting prep

Endurance

3,5 km running
