Fast lifting session with Søren in the lunch break @ the CrossFit Weightlifting cert, where I’m doing an internship this weekend.

Lifting

Muscle snatch (4 reps): 35-37,5-37,5-40 kg

Power clean: 45 kg (3 reps) – 55 kg (3 reps) – 60 kg (3 reps) – 65 kg (2 reps x 3)

Front squats: 55 kg (4 reps) – 65 kg (4 reps) – 75 kg (3 reps x 2)

Jumps from squat position: 5 x 5 reps @ 20 kg barbell

Good mornings (10 reps): 45-35-35-35 kg

Nice and easy!

Finisher

50 sit-ups @ 16 kg
50 Russuan twists @ 16 kg
100 bicycle crunches

Done with my weightlifting and powerlifting program for this week. Feels good! Tomorrow = catching up (a few WODs and some gymnastics/BW strength).
