Rested yesterday but was still super tired today.

Lifting

Power snatch: 35 kg (3 reps) – 45 kg (3 reps) – 50 kg (3 reps) – 52,5 kg (3 reps) – 55 kg (2 reps x 5)

Push press: 4 x 4 reps @ 55 kg

Front squats: 55 kg (4 reps) – 65 kg (4 reps) – 75 kg (4 reps) – 80 kg (4 reps) – 85 kg (3 reps x 2)

Snatch pulls: 4 x 3 reps @ 65 kg

Jumps from squat position @ 15 kg barbell: 4 x 6 reps

Strength

Hamstring curls: 4 x 10 reps @ 10 kg

Cable pulls/seated rows (10 reps): 40-45-50-50 kg

Endurance

3,5 km run
