Warm-up

3 rounds:

7 wallballs 20 lbs
7 strict HSPUs
7 T2B

BW strength

10 strict pull-ups
10 strict C2B chin-ups

WOD

To get son abs + ring dips done…

5 rounds:

5 ring dips
10 kipping HSPUs
15 air squats
20 Russian twists @ 15 kg

Rowing intervals

8 x 250 m intervals

* rest: 1:1
