Overhead squat (3 reps): 45-55-65-70 kg

WOD

14 min AMRAP:

10 power cleans @ 40 kg
12 STOH @ 40 kg
4 ring dips *

Result: 5 rounds + 5 reps

* supposed to be T2B, but my hands are SO sore from yesterday’s training…. And so is the rest of my body #DOMS
