Today was actually a surprisingly fine training day… Edema/swell still there but not as bad.

Lifting

Snatch pull + snatch: 35 kg (2+2) – 45 kg (2+2) – 50 kg (2+2) – 52,5 kg (1+1) – 55 kg (1+1 x 3)

Clean from above knees + split jerk (2+1): 45-55 kg

Clean from above knees + clean + jerk (1+1+1: 60-62,5-65 kg

C&J (1+1): 65-67,5-70-72,5-75 kg

Front squats: 55 kg (5 reps) – 75 kg (5 reps) – 80 kg (3 reps) – 82,5 kg (3 reps) – 85 kg (3 reps)

Good mornings: 4 x 10 reps @ 35 kg

Lifting went super fine – not maxing at all today.

3 unbroken rounds with 3 min break between rounds:

10 KB cleans
10 m KB front rack carry
10 KB front rack lunges
10 m KB front rack carry
10 KB front rack squats

Performed @ 2 x 12-16-16 kg
