Today, I had an appointment with Dorthe Hummel regarding nutrition and supplements to optimize my health. I hope it’ll bring me on right track.

Endurance

6 km running

Squats

Back squats (5 reps): 85-85-85-85-90-95-100 kg

Easy. I love it!

Gymnastics

20 ring dips

10 pull-ups

10 C2B chin-ups

3 x ME free handstand

– 1,5 HOUR BREAK –

Lifting

Great session with Søren & Polle + IK99’ers.

Snatch: 55 kg (3 reps) – 58 kg (2 reps) – 60 kg (1 rep) – 57 kg (3 reps) – 58 kg (2 reps) – 60 kg (1 rep)

C&J: 45 kg (2+2) – 55 kg (2+2) – 60 kg (2+1) – 65 kg (2+1) – 70 kg (1+1) – 72,5 (1+1) – 75 kg (1+1)

Snatch high-pulls: 3 x 3 reps @ 65 kg

Push press: 4 x 4 reps @ 55 kg

– 30 MIN BREAK –

Barbell gymnastics + skills

EMOTM x 7 min:

5 thrusters @ 45 kg

4 x 5 reps C2B pull-ups

WOD

10 rounds:

3 C&J @ 40 kg
7 burpees
3 power snatch @ 40 kg
15 wallballs @ 14 lbs

(All rounds in sub 1:50 min)

* 20 sec rest between rounds

Went well. It’s been a while since I’ve had so much energy. Even managed to beat Søren and Polle for once…. Thanks for a great training session, friends!
