8th FEB 2015: Squat, bench press + gymnastics

Edema/swell is really bad today. Trained with a lovely crew though (Polle, Lasse, Monsrud). Monsrud brought the best playlist ever. Good fun.

Strength

Back squat: up to a single @ 95-100-105-95-100 kg

Back squat (3 reps): 105 kg

Back squat: 4 x 4 reps @ 95 kg

Bench press (narrow grip): 5 x 5 reps @ 55 kg

Gymnastics

4 rounds:

20 sec handstand hold
20 sec off
20 sec hollow rock hold
20 sec off

– 2 min rest –

5 rounds

10 alternating pistols
2 rope climbs

– 2 min rest –

4 rounds:

20 sec ring dip top hold
20 sec off
20 sec ring dip bottom hold
20 sec off

– 2 min rest –

4 rounds:

20 sec L-sit hold
20 sec off
20 sec superman OH hold (with broomstick)
20 sec off

Cool down

2,6 km jog with Lasse
