9th FEB 2015: Another fine lifting day

Eating clean to fight hypothyriodism (lavt stofskifte) – day # 2. Sleep: 8 hours. Edema/swell: still bad. Training went super fine (again today).

Lifting

Power snatch + squat snatch: 35 kg (2+2) – 45 kg (2+2) – 50 kg (2+2) – 52,5 kg (1+2) – 55 kg (1+2) – 57 kg (1+2) – 60 kg (just 1 squat snatch)

Clean + front squat + jerk: 45 kg (2+3+2) – 55 kg (2+3+2) – 60 kg (1+2+1) – 62,5 kg (1+2+1) – 65 kg (1+2+1) – 70 kg (1+1+1) – 75 kg (1+1+1)

Front squats: up to 3 x 2 reps @ 85 kg

Snatch high-pulls: 4 x 4 reps @ 45 kg

Combi pump: 10 curls + 10 high pulls + 10 scull crushers @ 15 kg barbell x 4 sets
