14th FEB 2015: ‘Miv’ support WOD + lifting

Started the day early by doing the support workout ‘MIV’ @ Gladsaxe CrossFit (supporting a young boy with cancer) with Polle, Pia, Marthe, Søren, Claus, Stefan & Peter.

Edema/swell: worse than yesterday. Sleep: 8 hours (but poor). Training went super fine despite of poor sleep.

WOD

‘Miv’

7 rounds:

7 deadlifts @ 65 kg
7 pull-ups
7 burpees

Weightlifting

Snatch off blocks mid thigh (2 reps): 45-50-55-60-60-60-60-60 kg

Power clean + push jerk (2+1): 45-55-60-63-65-65-65 kg

Front squat: 85 kg (4 reps) – 80 kg (6 reps x 2)
