16th FEB 2015: 1RM snatch @ 67 kg, 10RM back squat @ 90 kg, back squat mania + 20 min AMRAP (clean, T2B, wallballs)

Edema/swell: worse than yesterday. Sleep: poor.

Endurance

Snatch: up to singles @ 60-63-65-67 kg

C&J: up to singles @ 65-70-75 kg

Super light!

Back squat mania

1 rep: up to 95-105-110 kg (light)

20 reps @ 65 kg for time (1:00 min, unbroken)

10 reps @ 90 kg (easy)

Assistance exercises

Good mornings (10 reps): 40-40-30-30 kg

Snatch high-pulls: 3 x 3 reps @ 55 kg

WOD

@ Butcher’s Lab with Polle, Søren & MA

20 min AMRAP:

5 power cleans @ 45 kg
10 T2B
15 wallballs @ 14 lbs/6 kg

Result: 10 rounds + 5 reps
