18th FEB 2015: 2 fine training sessions, accupuncture + training bag stolen

Went to get accupuncture today. I hope it will make my edema/swell go away.

Edema/swell: better than yesterday. Sleep: 7,5 hours. Training went super fine again today.

My training bag containing EVERYTHING was stolen this evening. Feeling a little sad. Oh well, it’s just things.

MORNING

Early morning session with Polle.

Lifting

Back squats: up to a single @ 105 kg

Power jerk from the neck + narrow grip OHS (2+2 reps): 45-55-65-70 kg

Easy lifts!

WOD 1

2 min AMRAP:

10 thrusters @ 35 kg
10 over the box burpees 20”

Snatch: up to 3 x 2 reps @ 57 kg

Clean + front squat + split jerk (1+1+1): up to 70-70-70 kg

Front squat: up to 3 x 3 reps @ 85 kg
