20th and 21st FEB 2015: Light training days

Not 2 super fun days. Anti-Doping Denmark didn’t approve my new medication in due time, so I couldn’t lift at the Danish Championships in Weightlifting 2015.

Friday

Back squats: up to 3 reps @ 95 kg

Snatch: up to 2 reps @ 50 kg

C&J: up to 65-65 kg

Front squats: 3 x 2 reps @ 75 kg

Pull-ups: 5 x 3 reps

Rows: 5 x 10 reps @ 30 kg

Sit-ups: 50 reps @ 10 kg

Saturday

Shoulder press: 5 x 5 reps @ 33 kg

Clean pulls from deep hang/mid schin: 5 x 4 reps @ 85 kg

Back squat: 100 kg (3 reps) – 105 kg (2+1 rep) – 100 kg (3 reps x 3)
