Back squats

Back squat: up to 1 rep @ 105 kg

BW strength

Strict pull-ups: 5-4-3-2-1 reps

WOD

10 rounds:

250 m row
5 bench press @ 50 kg

Time: 19 min

Bench press UB. Can go faster in transitions + on the C2 next time.
